A Rare Plant Nursery

We are a retail nursery specializing in hardy, unusual perennials, shrubs and trees for the southeastern U.S.
Some of our favorites for 2009 include: Helleborus 'Carousel Strain', Viburnum carlesii 'Compactum', & Aesculus x carnea 'Fort McNair'.

We are located one hour north of Atlanta (see directions). Due to the fact that we are geographically too far to be frequently visited by Atlantans, we have decided to also offer many of our plants via mail order. If you see plants on our inventory list that interest you, please contact us for more information.

Closed Thursday, July 2nd & Saturday, July 4th.
Summer Hours: Tuesday-Saturday, 10 a.m.-6 p.m.
We are occasionally closed for plant sales on the weekends and speaking engagements to various gardening groups during the week. These events will be posted on the "happenings" link of the website as well as on our answering machine.
